With a career spanning more than six decades, James Last has enchanted millions of people around the globe. Whether through jazz, pop, rock 'n' roll or waltzes, this versatile musician is the master of a wide variety of music. Joined once again by his brilliant orchestra, this concert will feature all his old classics and some of his more recent hits.

The terracota-coloured Royal Albert Hall is one of London’s favourite concert venues. Whilst it remains most famous for classical music and the annual Prom concerts, it also holds rock and pop concerts, sports events and award ceremonies.

Eric ClaptonEric Clapton at Royal Albert Hall – 17th, 18th, 20th, 21st, 23rd, 24th and 26th May 2013
Eric Clapton is returning to the Royal Albert Hall to celebrate his 50th year in the business. The concerts will coincide with the release of a brand-new album in early 2013. Clapton’s career began with the legendary Yardbirds in 1963, and went through Blind Faith and Derek and the Dominos, before setting out on his successful solo career.  

 

ZuccheroZucchero at Royal Albert Hall – 22nd May 2013
Zucchero is one of Italy’s biggest music stars, duetting with everyone from Eric Clapton and Elton John, to Sting and Pavarotti. He last performed at the Royal Albert Hall in 2011 and returns now with a brand-new album called “La Sesion Cubana”, which was recorded in Havana and features collaborations with some of Cuba’s most important musicians.
