Join Will Self at Queen Elizabeth Hall, as he talks about his new novel "Umbrella", and explores the legacy and relevance of Modernism today.

Queen Elizabeth Hall is part of the Southbank Centre complex on the south bank of the Thames. Don’t be put off by the rather brutal concrete exterior, as its eclectic mix of performances feature classical, avant-garde music, world music and dance shows. It seats around 900 people.
