Enjoy a free outdoor screening of "West Side Story" (PG) at the Scoop -- the riverside amphitheatre near City Hall.

"West Side Story" transports the timeless tale of Romeo and Juliet to the slums of New York, in a musical which won ten Academy Awards.

Note: The film will start at 7.30 PM, but please arrive in plenty of time because the seating is on a first-come first-served basis. The Scoop is open-air, and the film may have to be cancelled in the event of rain. A decision will not be made until 30 minutes before the film is due to start. You are welcome to bring your own food and drink, but please do not bring any kind of glass.
