What could be nicer than spending a summer evening in the grounds of Kensington Palace, watching a Royal-related movie? Tonight's movie is the Oscar-winning classic "The King's Speech".

Note: Please note that there is limited capacity so advanced booking is recommended. Food and drink will be available to buy on-site.

Kensington Palace has been home to many British royals including William III and Queen Victoria, but is perhaps most famous these days for being the former residence of Diana, Princess of Wales.

Take your kids to the BFI IMAX – Every day
The BFI IMAX is a state-of-the-art cinema in Waterloo. The 500-seat cinema has one of the most sophisticated projection systems in the world with a screen more than 20m tall and 26 metres wide (the height of five double-decker buses!). Its ultra-realistic digital surround-sound makes viewers feel like they are “in the picture”.

 

The James Bond Tour — by land and sea – 19th May 2013
The James Bond Tour is a lively and fun-filled trip through the capital by both land and sea. You’ll get to see some of the locations that feature in the movies, including ‘Q’s workplace, where Bond bought his boxer shorts, and even Ian Fleming’s old home! The highlight of the trip will be when the craft enters the water alongside the MI6 building.
