Beautiful ThingBeautiful Thing at Arts Theatre – 13th April to 25th May 2013
“Beautiful Thing” is an urban love story between two young men just coming to grips with their sexuality, and the effect it has on the people around them. The story follows the introverted and troubled Jamie, who gets bullied at every opportunity. Living with his single mum, Jamie finds himself infatuated with his next door neighbour Ste.

Sean HughesSean Hughes at Arts Theatre – 30th May to 1st June 2013
Sean Hughes’ dark, explosive style and quick-fire banter made him the youngest-ever winner of the Perrier award — and now he’s back with a brand new show called “Life Becomes Noises”. Sean’s dark and edgy comedy will hit upon subjects that comedy rarely goes: dying and getting older, and highlighting how ridiculous life can be and how quickly it can be taken away.
