The world famous Proms season continues at the Royal Albert Hall with a concert by Daniel Barenboim and the West-Eastern Divan Orchestra. They will be performing Beethoven's "Symphony No. 4 in B flat major", "Symphony No. 3 in E flat major (Eroica)" and Pierre Boulez's "Dialogue de l'ombre double".

Daniel Barenboim is one of the world’s great pianist/conductors, working most closely with La Scala in Milan, the Berlin State Opera, and the Staatskapelle Berlin. His recordings include a complete cycle of Mozart’s piano sonatas and concertos, Brahms’s piano concertos, and Beethoven’s sonatas.

The terracota-coloured Royal Albert Hall is one of London’s favourite concert venues. Whilst it remains most famous for classical music and the annual Prom concerts, it also holds rock and pop concerts, sports events and award ceremonies.
