The Tate Modern's new exhibition will focus on the acclaimed North American artist, Ellen Gallagher, who is best-known for her exploration of race and cultural identity.

The exhibition will consist of 60 prints in a variety of different media.

Tate Modern is the most visited art gallery in London and houses a huge collection of international modern and contemporary art from the 19th-century onwards. You can find works by Monet, Dalí, Cézanne, Pollock, Rothko, Matisse, Pollock, Picasso and Warhol.

Roy Lichtenstein exhibition, at Tate Modern – 21st February to 27th May 2013
The new exhibition at Tate Modern is the first big retrospective of Roy Lichtenstein for more than twenty years, bringing together 125 of his most definitive paintings and sculptures. Best-known for his comic strip-style and advertising imagery, the exhibition will showcase key paintings such as “Look Mickey 1961″ and his monumental “Artist’s Studio” series.

 

Mira Schendel exhibition, at Tate Modern – 26th September 2013 to 19th January 2014
The Tate Modern’s new exhibition will be the first full scale survey of Mira Schendel’s work in the UK.
