"The Last of the Haussmans" follows the fate of a family still embued with the 1960s mind-set, offering a funny, touching and at times savage portrait of a family that's losing its grip.

Now slowly growing old, Judy Haussman holds court in her Art Deco house on the Devon coast. She's joined by her wayward offspring Nick and Libby, granddaughter Summer, local doctor Peter, and troubled teenager Daniel. As they share a few sweltering months together, their chaotic world descends into all-day drinking, long-held resentments, free love and failure.

The Lyttelton Theatre is part of the National Theatre complex (consisting of the Lyttelton, Cottesloe and Oliver Theatre). It seats around under 900 people on two different levels, and with no pillars or walls to block your eyeline, there really is not a bad seat in the house.
