His Holiness the Dalai Lama will be visiting the UK in June for a series of talks and teachings. His talk at the Royal Albert Hall will examine the relationship between the heart and the mind, and how we can best develop an open heart.

The afternoon will conclude with a Q&A session, followed by a performance of Tibetan songs and dances.

The terracota-coloured Royal Albert Hall is one of London’s favourite concert venues. Whilst it remains most famous for classical music and the annual Prom concerts, it also holds rock and pop concerts, sports events and award ceremonies.
