Stewart Lee is back with a brand-new show. But what can a middle-aged married man, whose life now consists of watching Scooby Doo cartoons with his 4-year-old boy, possibly find to write comedy about? Once he lived on the pleasure planet. Now he is trapped in Carpet World. And so are you.

Stewart Lee started his comedy career as one half of the 1990s duo Lee and Herring, before having a crack at writing novels, comedy operas ('Jerry Springer - The Opera') and stand-up. He also had his own TV show 'Stewart Lee's Comedy Vehicle'.

The Royal Festival Hall is one of the world’s great concert halls, consisting of an auditorium, the Clore Ballroom, and several fine places to eat and drink along the river.
