Events in London – 16 May

Need some inspiration for 16th May? The famous London diaryist Samuel Pepys died on this day in 1703. He is said to have watched the Great Fire of London approaching from the steeple of All Hallows by the Tower church (next-door to the Tower of London). The church is worth a visit today for the museum in the crypt.
