Les Contes d’Hoffmann (The Tales of Hoffmann)

to Royal Opera House The Royal Opera House will be putting on a production of Offenbach's operatic swansong "The Tales of Hoffmann".

Intrigue — James Ensor (curated by Luc Tuymans)28 NovemberThe Royal Academy of Arts have invited artist Luc Tuymans to curate an exhibition of works by James Ensor.

Rodin and Dance: The Essence of Movement28 NovemberThe Courtauld Gallery’s “Rodin and Dance” exhibition will showcase some sculptures and drawings of the Cambodian dancers.

“Amadeus” — a play about the life of young Mozart28 NovemberThe National Theatre will be putting on a production of “Amadeus”, which tells the story of the young composer Mozart.

Victorians Decoded — Art and Telegraphy28 November“Victorians Decoded” will show how new communication technologies affected the imaginations of Victorian artists.

Abstract Expressionism — Royal Academy of Arts28 November“Abstract Expressionism” will feature works by celebrated artists like Kline, Pollock, Rothko, Newman, Still and de Kooning.
