to Royal Opera House The Royal Opera House will be performing Verdi's "Don Carlo", an opera about love, ambition and intrigue in Spain. The opera Don Carlo will be running at the Royal Opera House during May.
 
Opera in London: L Elisir D Amore at Royal Opera House

 

to Royal Opera House Donizetti's comedy opera "L'elisir d'amore" tells the story of Nemorino, who tries to woo his love with a fake love potion.

BBC Symphony Orchestra, playing MessiaenMay 2017Sakari Oramoand the BBC Symphony Orchestra will be performing two works by Messiaen at Barbican Hall.

Mahler’s Symphony No.9 — Barbican HallMay 2017The London Symphony Orchestra will be performing Mahler’s “Symphony No.9″ at Barbican Hall.

Budapest Festival Orchestra, playing BartokMay 2017The Budapest Festival Orchestra will be playing some classical music by Bartok at the Royal Festival Hall.

Speakers’ Corner, at Sunday lunchtimeMay 2017Listen to a speech at Speakers’ Corner, where the public can discuss whatever they like — all in the name of free speech.

Tom Chaplin (from Keane), at the London PalladiumMay 2017Tom Chaplin will be playing one night at the London Palladium in May, in support of his new album ‘The Wave’.

Wounded: Conflict, Casualties and CareMay 2017The Science Museum’s ‘Wounded: Conflict, Casualties and Care’ exhibition will look at medicine during the Battle of the Somme.
