“Dickens and London” exhibition, at the Museum of London

to Museum of London The Museum of London will be marking the 200th anniversary of Charles Dickens' birth by putting on a major new exhibition, taking you on a journey through Victorian London to discover the city that inspired his writings. Paintings, photographs and the original manuscripts of 'Bleak House' and 'David Copperfield' will bring to life the author's world.

to Gielgud Theatre The classic Ealing comedy "The Ladykillers" is coming to the stage in a brand new adaption by Graham Linehan. Posing as a group of amateur musicians, a cunning gang of thieves rent a room in fiesty old Mrs Wilberforce's house. Can she defeat the five big, burly men before they do the dastardly deed? Ladykillers will be playing at the Gielgud Theatre in London on Friday 6th Apr.

It will include pieces by Dirk Bell, Matti Braun, Andre Butzer, Max Frisinger, Thomas Helbig, Volker Hueller, Thomas Kiesewetter, Josephine Meckseper, Kirstine Roepstorff, Julian Rosefeldt, Markus Selg and Thomas Zipp.

to Queen’s Gallery "The Heart of the Great Alone" is a remarkable exhibition of photographs from Scott's Antartic expedition in 1910 and Shackleton's visit in 1914. The dramatic images include some extraordinary icescapes and shots of the ships towering above the ice.
