Events in London – Sunday 10 March

Need some inspiration for 10th March? London’s first electric tram began running on this day in 1883. If you want to try riding one now then you’ll have to visit Beckenham, Croydon or Wimbledon, because they don’t run in central London anymore. But you can still see the old ramp down to the tram subway in Kingsway.
