The Leicester Square Theatre seats around 420 people, and can be found down one of the roads leading off from Leicester Square. It is a relatively young theatre, and incorporates a small cabarat space for up-and-coming acts.
londonlover – “Ive only ever been to the small basement theatre bit, I believe there's a far bigger stage upstairs. But the bit I went to was probably big enough for about 100 people. It was quite nice and intimate. I always prefer seeing comedy at the smaller venues like this and the comedy store, because you really feel like part of the show. The only problem is when you go to see someone who might pick on the audience! But I always sit myself at the back to avoid that.”
