"The Audience", with Helen Mirren

For 60 years the Queen has been meeting each of her Prime Ministers in a weekly audience at Buckingham Palace. "The Audience" will imagine what a series of these pivotal meetings were like.

The play revolves around a divorced couple honeymooning at the same hotel with their brand new partners. But when they meet across a balcony their passions are rekindled... without a thought for their new partners or past turbulences.
